Join a Team That Feels Like Family
We're looking for warm, dependable people who believe everyone deserves to be cared for like family. If that sounds like you, you'll fit right in.
Why work with us
Care work is demanding, and it deserves to be done somewhere that values the people doing it. When you join St Anastasia's Care, you become part of a close-knit team where your work is seen, your voice matters, and the people you support know your name.
We were founded in honour of our founder's grandmother, Anastasia — and that spirit of family runs through everything we do, including how we treat our staff. You'll be supported, respected, and given the training and flexibility to do your best work.
What we offer:
- Flexible shifts that fit around your life
- Supportive, hands-on management who know you by name
- Ongoing training and genuine opportunities to grow
- Work close to home across the Sutherland Shire, St George, and Greater Sydney
- A workplace where kindness isn't just for clients — it's for each other
- The chance to make a real, daily difference in people's lives
Who we're looking for
We hire for heart first. Skills can be taught; genuine compassion can't. Whether you're an experienced support worker or just starting out in care, what matters most is that you're reliable, respectful, and truly care about the people you support.
You might be a great fit if you are:
Warm, patient, and a good listener
Reliable and trustworthy — the kind of person families feel safe with
Respectful of each person's independence, choices, and dignity
A team player who's also confident working on your own
Committed to doing things properly and safely
We especially welcome applicants who speak Greek, to help us continue supporting our Greek-speaking community with care in their own language.
The roles we hire for
We regularly welcome new team members across a range of roles, including:
Disability Support Workers (NDIS)
Aged Care & Home Care Workers
Personal Care Assistants
Community Access & Social Support Workers
Domestic Assistance & Respite Support
Overnight and High Intensity Support Workers
Not sure which role suits you? Apply anyway and tell us a little about yourself — we'll help you find the right fit.
What you'll need

A National Police Check
A valid Working with Children Check (for relevant roles)
Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
A reliable vehicle and current driver's licence (for community roles)

We'll talk you through anything you're missing and support you to get set up properly.
