Community access might be right for you if you'd like more confidence getting out and about, want to build social connections, or need a supportive companion to help you take part in activities, appointments, or outings. It's ideal for anyone who wants to stay active, independent, and engaged in the community.
What's included
Our community access support can include help with:
- Attending social and recreational activities
- Getting to and from appointments
- Shopping and running errands
- Joining clubs, classes, groups, or hobbies
- Building confidence and independence in the community
- Developing social and daily living skills
- Simply enjoying a coffee, a walk, or a day out
How it's funded
Community access is available through:
- NDIS — under Core Supports (Assistance with Social & Community Participation)
- Home Care Packages — for older Australians
- Privately funded — flexible support with no eligibility requirements

Will I have the same carer each time?
Wherever possible, yes. We know consistency matters, so we do our best to match you with regular carers who get to know you and your routine.
How quickly can support start?
We aim to begin support as soon as possible after our initial chat. Get in touch and we'll let you know current availability.
Do you service my area?
We cover the Sutherland Shire — including Sutherland, Kirrawee, Sylvania, Miranda, Caringbah, and Gymea — along with the greater Sydney region. If you're not sure whether we reach you, get in touch and we'll let you know straight away.
Are your carers screened and qualified?
Absolutely. Every member of our team is NDIS Worker Screened, police-checked, and holds qualifications appropriate to their role.
