What is the Support at Home program Program?
The Support at Home program is the Australian Government's home care program for older people (generally 65 and over). It helps you stay living independently in your own home for as long as possible, with support tailored to your individual needs and goals.
As a registered Associated Support at Home provider, we deliver a range of funded services including personal care, domestic assistance, transport, meals, and social support — all shaped around you.
Access to the program starts with a My Aged Care assessment (ACAT/RAS). If you haven't started that process yet, we can help you understand the steps and what to expect.

Private Funding
Choose and fund support directly without a government assessment. Flexible and immediately available.
NDIS (under 65)
If you have a disability and are under 65, NDIS may fund your supports instead of Support at Home programs.
