Founder & Director
Natasha S.
St Anastasia's Care was founded by Natasha, born from a simple belief: that every person deserves support that's compassionate, respectful, and truly personal. Her vision was to create a service that brings dignity and warmth to the lives of people living with disability and older Australians — care that feels like family.
With extensive experience in business management, operations, and customer-focused service, Natasha brings strong, steady leadership together with a genuine passion for improving the lives of participants and their families. She takes the time to understand each person's story, goals, and aspirations, making sure the support we provide is meaningful — never simply task-focused.

Service Support Coordinator
Cayla Zernelis
Cayla is a mother of three — including two children who are NDIS participants — which means she has navigated the very system she now helps others through. She knows firsthand the questions families ask, the emotions they carry, and the moments that matter most.
That lived experience shapes everything about the way she works: with patience, honesty, and a genuine commitment to making sure no family feels alone in the process. Cayla joined St Anastasia's Care because she believed in what it stood for — and every day, she brings that belief into her work.

Every support worker we employ is NDIS Worker Screened, police-checked, and appropriately qualified. But beyond credentials, we choose people who genuinely care — and wherever possible, we match the same workers to the same participants so care always feels personal, consistent, and familiar.
