How to Access Support With Us
Check Your Eligibility
Contact the NDIS on 1800 800 110 or visit ndis.gov.au to check if you qualify. You can also ask us to help guide you through this process.
Get Your Plan Approved
Once approved, you'll receive an NDIS plan outlining your funding and support categories. A Local Area Coordinator (LAC) can help you understand your plan.

NDIS Worker Screening
Every team member holds a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check. We verify all clearances before any worker provides support. Your safety is non-negotiable.
NDIS Code of Conduct
Our entire team operates under the NDIS Code of Conduct — acting with respect, honesty, and integrity. We do not tolerate abuse, neglect, exploitation, or discrimination of any kind.
Service Agreements
Before support begins, we provide a written Service Agreement that clearly outlines the services you will receive, pricing, cancellation terms, and your rights. No surprises.
Incident Management
We have a formal incident management system in place. All incidents are recorded, investigated, and reported in line with NDIS Commission requirements. We learn from every event to improve our care.
Feedback & Continuous Improvement
We actively seek your feedback — not just complaints. Regular surveys, check-ins, and open conversations help us continuously improve the quality of our support.
Transparent Pricing
All our services are charged in line with the current NDIS Price Guide. We will always explain costs upfront in your Service Agreement so you know exactly how your funding is being used.

What is the NDIS?
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is an Australian Government initiative that provides funding to people with permanent and significant disability. It helps you access the support and services you need to live an ordinary life.
Am I eligible for NDIS?

How do I use my NDIS plan with St Anastasia's Care?
Once you have an approved NDIS plan, you can choose St Anastasia's Care as your provider. We'll work with you and your support coordinator to understand your goals and create a personalised care plan that uses your funding effectively.
What funding categories can St Anastasia's Care support?
We support Core Supports (personal care, community participation, transport), Capacity Building (daily activities, social participation), and can assist with coordinating your support. We'll help you understand exactly what your plan covers.
Can I self-manage my NDIS plan with St Anastasia's Care?
Yes. We work with self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIA-managed participants. Regardless of how your plan is managed, we can provide services and handle the billing process accordingly.
What if my needs change?
NDIS plans can be reviewed if your circumstances change significantly. We'll support you through this process and help you communicate your changing needs to the NDIS. Your support plan with us is always flexible.

Do you help with NDIS plan reviews?
Yes. We help you prepare for your NDIS plan review by documenting your progress, identifying changing needs, and providing evidence of the support you have received. We want to make sure your next plan reflects your current goals.
Can the NDIS cover trauma, psychological conditions, or car accident injuries?
The NDIS may fund supports for psychosocial disability caused by mental health conditions, trauma, or acquired brain injuries. Eligibility depends on whether the condition is permanent and significantly impacts daily life. Contact the NDIS on 1800 800 110 to discuss your situation.
Do you offer Supported Independent Living (SIL)?
We are currently exploring Supported Independent Living services. If you have SIL funding or are interested in SIL, please contact us to discuss your needs and we can advise on how we may be able to help or refer you to a suitable provider.
Do you support early childhood participants?
While our core services focus on adult disability and aged care support, we understand families often have questions about early childhood intervention. If you have a child under 7 with a developmental delay or disability, we recommend contacting an NDIS Early Childhood Partner in your area. We are happy to help point you in the right direction.
What are your after-hours arrangements?
We understand that support needs do not stop at 5pm. Our after-hours mobile line is available for existing clients who need urgent assistance outside of standard business hours. Contact details are provided in your Service Agreement.
Do you support people from culturally diverse backgrounds?
Absolutely. Cultural sensitivity is one of our core values. We respect your cultural background, beliefs, language, and identity. We strive to match you with support workers who understand your cultural needs and can communicate effectively with you and your family.
