All staff are required to maintain confidentiality as a condition of their employment and are trained in privacy obligations under the NDIS Code of Conduct.

4. Storage & Security

Personal information is stored securely in our care management system (Shiftcare) and is protected against unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. We retain records for the period required by law and NDIS requirements, after which they are securely destroyed.

  • Withdraw consent for certain uses of your information
