All St Anastasia's Care services are billed at the current NDIS Price Guide rates set by the NDIA. We don't charge above those rates, and we never add hidden fees.
How NDIS Pricing Works
The NDIS Price Guide is published by the NDIA (National Disability Insurance Agency) and sets the maximum hourly rates that registered providers like St Anastasia's Care can charge for each type of support. The rates are reviewed regularly and vary by support type and time of day.
We bill at these standard rates — no more, no less. Before your support starts, we provide a clear service agreement that outlines exactly what services you're receiving, the rate for each, and how billing works.

Funding Options
NDIS — Agency Managed
Requires Registered ProviderThe NDIA pays us directly from your plan. All services are billed at the current NDIS Price Guide rates. You must use a registered provider like St Anastasia's Care.
NDIS — Plan Managed
FlexibleYour plan manager handles invoices on your behalf. We invoice your plan manager at NDIS Price Guide rates. Gives you flexibility while keeping administration simple.
NDIS — Self Managed
Maximum ControlYou manage your own funding and can use any provider. We invoice you directly at agreed rates. You then claim reimbursement from the NDIA.
Support at Home
65+ yearsGovernment-funded home care for eligible older Australians. Funded through the Support at Home program via My Aged Care. Access via an ACAT/RAS assessment.
Private Funding
Immediate StartNo government funding required. You pay directly for the support you need. Rates are transparent and agreed upfront — no surprises.
