Quality & Safeguards

A registered NDIS provider you can trust

Quality & Safeguards

At St Anastasia's Care, quality isn't a promise — it's something we're formally held to. We are a registered NDIS provider, audited and approved by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, the independent national body that regulates providers and protects the rights of people receiving disability supports.

Registration means we've been independently assessed against the NDIS Practice Standards and meet the requirements set out under the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. For the families we support, it's a simple assurance: the care we provide is safe, accountable, and delivered to a national standard.

What "Quality and Safeguards" means for you

Being a registered provider isn't a one-off tick. It carries ongoing obligations designed to keep participants safe and supported:

Independent auditing. We've been formally audited against the NDIS Practice Standards, and our registration is subject to continued oversight — including a scheduled midterm audit — to confirm we keep meeting them.

Trained, screened workers. Everyone who supports you is subject to our worker screening and onboarding requirements, including valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearances.

Your rights, protected. As a registered provider, we operate under the NDIS Code of Conduct and maintain clear complaints and incident processes, so your voice is always heard and acted on.

Accountability you can verify. Our registration is a matter of public record, not just our word.

Verify our registration

You can independently confirm our registration at any time through the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission's public provider register.
